At Mirha Organics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality herbal and organic products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product packaging was tampered before delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- You must provide clear pictures or video proof of the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used skincare or haircare products
- Opened products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Skin reactions (as skin types vary from person to person)
We recommend performing a patch test before full application.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- The product must be shipped back to us
- After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
Refund Methods:
- For Advance Payment orders → Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa
- For Cash on Delivery → Refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
