At Mirha Organics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality herbal and organic products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product packaging was tampered before delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • You must provide clear pictures or video proof of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used skincare or haircare products
  • Opened products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Skin reactions (as skin types vary from person to person)

We recommend performing a patch test before full application.


3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product must be shipped back to us
  • After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days

Refund Methods:

  • For Advance Payment orders → Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa
  • For Cash on Delivery → Refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
