We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Orders are delivered through trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via call or message may be required before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

Major Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges may apply depending on your location.
Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before completing the order.

We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp (if available).

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Mirha Organics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Failed Delivery / Reattempt

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

Courier may attempt redelivery
If order is returned due to non-response, Mirha Organics reserves the right to cancel future COD orders from the same customer
